The short version: the Chris & Tony’s app has no accounts, no ads and no tracking. We don’t collect, sell or share your personal information.
The Chris & Tony’s app is published by Biancamano Ventures LTD for Chris & Tony’s Restaurant & Lounge, 352 Jericho Turnpike, Syosset, NY 11791.
When you send a party request, the app prepares an email in your own email app addressed to Chris & Tony’s. It includes only what you enter: your name, phone number, email (if you add it), occasion, date, guest count, room, package and notes. Nothing is sent until you tap send in your email app, and the app doesn’t keep a copy. Chris & Tony’s uses these details only to respond to your request.
Booking a table opens OpenTable inside the app. Anything you enter there is handled by OpenTable under the OpenTable Privacy Policy. The app doesn’t see or store your OpenTable details.
If you ask for a reminder, the app schedules a notification on your iPhone and saves your reservation date, time and party size on your device only. You can remove the reminder in the app at any time, or turn off notifications in your iPhone’s Settings.
Photos are built into the app, so nothing is sent when you view them. Buttons for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Apple Maps and phone calls open those services, and their own privacy policies apply.
If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. These don’t identify you.
The app isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
